Definitions:
Partners of agreement
"Buyer" is used about the physical person who shops on this homepage and the one who by sending a order to Sportswear4kids makes a request to buy and get delivered certain goods.
"Sportswear4kids" is used in the following terms both as the physical and the legal person who when sending the order confirmation accepts the Buyers order and is selling the ordered goods, and about the homepage on which the goods is presented and ordered.
"All contracts are made in English"

Prices:
All prices are day prices based on danish kroners and only available on the day of order. Price changes can happen due to change of exchange values.
Sportswear4kids uses the Dansih National Banks mid values when exchanging the money into local currencies.
All prices includes danish tax on 25% covering all taxes with in the EC member countries.
Non of the prices includes freight. Fright charges depends on delivery country, payment method and volume of goods.
Ordering:
The presentation of the goods along with the price is not a committed offer but just a encouragement to do a purchase.
The buyers order on goods from Sportswear4kids is not a binding commitment but an offer to Sportswear4kids to buy the goods to the written terms and prices.
A binding commitment between the Buyer and Sportswear4kids is made when Sportswear4kids is sending a order confirmation from the Buyers given offer.
Payment:
The card information you give when buying with credit card is send directly to PBS (The Banks Payment Service) in a encrypted format (SSL) which only you and PBS can see. There will therefore not be anyone else who can see or save any information amount you. The amount from the purchase will be drawn from the credit card on the upon shipment from Sportswear4kids.
If the payment is done by wire the money to one of Sportswear4kids Bank Account the good will be shipped upon arrival.
Risk of getting lost and damaged:
From the time where the ordered goods are given to the freight company does Sportswear4kids carry the risk of the goods getting lost or being damaged. First at the time of delivery does the Buyer carry the risk of any damage to the goods.
Warranty:
Sportswear4kids does according to Danish law provide 2 years warranty from invoice date on fabrication- and material faults. The warranty does not cover any faults or worn-down caused direct or indirectly by wrong use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference.
The invoice should always be provide as copy when applying for the warranty rights.
Eventual warranty claims on faulty products should be given to Sportswear4kids by the Buyer within reasonable time from day of notice. If not will the customer loose the right to make the warranty claim. The Buyer is obligated to show and prove the faults upon request from Sportswear4kids.
Responsibility and warranty:
Sportswear4kids is not responsible of any compensation direct or indirect loss caused by goods coming late to the Buyer or any faults to the goods, when the delay or faults is caused by Buyer or reasons which is outside Sportswear4kids's control.
Sportswear4kids do not give any individual warranties on the ordered goods and Buyer only gets the warranties that manufactory gives to the Buyer.
Right to Withdraw:
If the Buyer informs Sportswear4kids that Buyer regrets the purchase within 14 days after delivery, Sportswear4kids will pay back the cost of the goods to the Customer. Goods which is returned UFRANCO or C.O.D. will be refused. You should use the local Postal service when returning-not alternative shipment methods. As this will enable tracking of the package if it should get lost during shipment. The package should be shipped securely packed along with a copy of the invoice. Please note that you want to use your right to to withdrawn for the buy and that you whish to get the price of the goods back.
The Right to Withdrawn applies to all private customers who purchase standard products over the Internet – but do not apply to special produced products, special deliveries of non standard products, products bought from our shop or products sold to companies.
Right to exchange products:
If the Buyer informs Sportswear4kids that they want to use the right to exchange a product within 14 days after delivery, this will be possible. You should use the local Postal service when returning-not alternative shipment methods. As this will enable tracking of the package if it should get lost during shipment. The package should be shipped securely packed along with a copy of the invoice. Please note that you want to use your right to exchange a product and what you want to change it to.
The Buyer is responsible for freight cost both ways and Sportswear4kids will upon receiving the goods inform you what the return freight charges is and how to make the payment.
Should Buyer want a product which is more expensive will Sportswear4kids inform the Buyer on the difference and how to do the payment. Does the customer however want a product which is less expensive will Sportswear4kids make a certificate on the amount of the balance which can be used for a later order.
Misuse:
Any misuse of Sportswear4kids will provide notification to local legal offices.
